My stay at the hotel was just what we expected from a Hampton Inn property. The room was clean and cool, with the convenience of a microwave and fridge. The service was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with a really late checkout. The location was excellent, being next to the largest mall in Tennessee and offering plenty of dining options. The dining experience was pleasant, with a nice variety of choices. Overall, a satisfying stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could use a good dusting in the corners. I found the lack of a dining room table and few chairs to be a bit inconvenient. The hotel's location was extremely nice, being close to many restaurants and shopping options, but it could have been closer to downtown Chattanooga.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to the mall with plenty of dining options. The rooms were clean, fresh, and exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front desk, Kim, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our road trip with two kids much easier. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the pool area was a highlight of our visit.
